One of the best Office around. Friendly and helpful not like Mount Prospect that they think they own the Post Office and they doing you a favor. I see some one stars but what ever they complain it has nothing to do with the personal at the Prospect Heights Office
Why do we always have to wait in line at the post office? Like most USPS, They are understaffed here. I am not sure if that's a bad thing, because the staff they do have is pretty rude.

Called a "post office", but they have a outside post box and mail is removed once a day at 5:45 PM. I'm sorry, that does not qualify as a post office to me!! If you were real post office then you can actually get mail out of your outside box at least twice a day. This is what's wrong with the US post office, they're lazy asses. Now I drop off a letter at the "post office" and won't even get picked up for another 24 hours, mailed out another day later. No wonder it's called "snail mail". any supervisors in the US Post Office ever read this stuff?! Hope you have a back up plan, because the US PS is going to be gone in five years.
Any time I miss a package, I go to the post office to pick it up and they can never find it. They tell me it's at a different location, I go to the mt prospect post location where they say it will be and it's never there either. Usually ends up back here in prospect heights or gets lost. It shouldn't be this difficult to pick up a package, why have a tracking number if they never know where it is anyways.
