Hidden Gem! Don't drive right by this place, stop in for a cocktail, appitizers, OR something from their FULL menu. OH> make it a Tuesday night and you can WIN! Meh... This place is alright. Not bad at all, but nothing special. The menu is very small, limited options, but what they offer is fairly good. Great loaded mac&chee. The place itself is nothing fancy, but by no means dumpy, particularly for the surrounding area, which is, admittedly, quite ghetto. (This is Prospect Heights after all.) Great for the convenience when I am nearby, but nothing I would particularly care to go to when I'm not.
Each meal is a ton of food for a good price. I had the Cuban panini, which was really good. The manager was super personable and helpful. I definitely recommend it, especially for a sports game!
Worth the trip. More than just good bar food. Tokyo shrimp is amazing! Great rotating craft beers as well.
Great wings and pizza. Beer is Ice Cold. Staff is great. Always friendly. Highly recommend stopping in for a quick one or becoming a regular.
